Our qualifications are delivered using a variety of classroom-based and on-the-job training.

Most qualifications can be delivered through the Apprenticeship Traineeship Training Program (ATTP). For more information about this program visit the Australian Apprenticeship website.

 

This qualification reflects the role of individuals who are engaged to manage the work of others or to add value to or review management practices. Their role may be in any industry or organisational setting. Typically people in these roles will have considerable experience in their respective industries or vocational areas and couple an informed perspective of the specific work requirements with their managerial approaches.

Work would be undertaken in various hospitality settings, such as restaurants, hotels, motels, clubs, pubs, cafes and coffee shops. Individuals may have some responsibility for others and provide technical advice and support to a team.
