I have got lots of experience but no paper qualifications, and am unemployed what can I do?
You have come to the right place! When you talk to our very friendly training staff they will offer advice about the right training program for you and establish whether you need to undertake further training or go through the Recognition of Prior Learning Process, which simply means you can obtain the qualification by an assessment process. Remember, most people in most circumstances are eligible for government funded training*.
I’m already working so why should I do further training?
If you are already working, consider gaining a qualification or upgrading them and watch your employment options grow. From sales assistant or checkout operator to duty manager or supervisor, from coffee maker to barista, from accounts clerk to office manager … your options are limitless!
