Advanced Word
A follow-up course to Microsoft Word consisting of such topics as Data, Graphics, Mail Merge, Fields, On Line Forms and Macros
Computers for Beginners (Intro to computers)
This course includes an introduction to basic applications including Windows, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, the Internet and an overview of E-mail using Microsoft 2007. Course cost includes a textbook and USB.
Construction Induction (OH&S)
All persons carrying out any type of work on a construction site including, but not restricted to builders, supervisors, trades, apprentices, labourers, cleaners, engineers, architects, surveyors, sales persons entering buildings still under construction and even schoolchildren on work experience must have a Construction Induction card to work onsite. $27.00 Fee inclusive in course cost will cover the Worksafe registration fee. Each Participant must provide Photo ID, Please refer to Attached Course Brochure which outlines Documents that can be used as proof of identity. NO ID then participant will not be able to enrol in course.

CPR Refresher
To maintain currency of the CPR component of a First Aid certificate CPR should be updated every 12 months.
Espresso Coffee Basics
A hands-on course designed to provide introductory level espresso coffee knowledge and skills.
First Aid Level 2
This standard certificate course in first aid is designed to teach the fundamental principles, knowledge and skills of first aid and to prepare people to give competent emergency care until trained assistance is available.

Interact is motivation course dealing with effective communication strategies which include:

• Dealing with difficult people
• What’s personality got to do with performance? Transforming “can’t do” attitudes to “can do”

Responsible Gambling Services
This course is recommended for current employees working in gaming rooms and is also suited to those seeking work in the gaming industry.

It incorporates the legalities and responsibilities of working as a gaming attendant in either a licensed club or hotel. The Responsible Serving of Gambling Program aims to provide gaming room staff with the knowledge and awareness necessary to responsibly provide gambling services in licensed premises.
Responsible Service of Alcohol
This course incorporates the legalities and responsibilities of serving alcohol either in a bottle shop, behind a bar or at the table. The Responsible Serving of Alcohol Program aims to provide liquor service staff with the knowledge and awareness necessary to responsibly serve alcohol in licensed premises.
Safe Food Handling
This is a nationally recognised qualification which is recognised by all authorities throughout Australia. Food Hygiene awareness is a legislative requirement for all persons working in the hospitality industry or with food.
Traffic Management (Basic)
Road Workers, Front Line Managers, Work Supervisors, or any personnel who are responsible for, and/or involved in, the planning, design and implementation of any traffic management system at a work site, on or adjacent to, a trafficked road must have this qualification.
