Safe Food Handling

This is a nationally recognised qualification which is recognised by all authorities throughout Australia. Food Hygiene awareness is a legislative requirement for all persons working in the hospitality industry or with food.

Contents

This course covers: Personal hygiene practices about their health that all food handlers preparing food know and put into practice; Food handling practices to prepare and store food correctly; and Hygiene practices to ensure the food premises and equipment are clean and well maintained.

This course is delivered over 6 hours and costs $140.00 per participant.
